INTRODUCTION

Hi there! I’m Sarah, a 25-year-old working in the medical device field, but I’ve always had a passion for writing and health. I know many women in their twenties often feel alone, lost, and confused. With the constant comparisons to what we see on social media, it’s easy to feel like we’re not where we want to be in life and to feel pressured to be further ahead.

If you can relate, I hope these blog posts help you feel less isolated. My goal is to motivate you to keep pursuing your dreams, even when it feels like progress is slow. It’s okay to embrace solitude and trust that there’s a bigger plan for you. Sometimes things need to fall apart so they can come together in an even better way.

I also want to encourage you to become the best version of yourself—mentally and physically, in a healthy way. I’ve struggled with eating and body image issues for as long as I can remember, and I know many women share this experience. I’ve faced extreme grief and felt lost in my career, often questioning if I’m in the right place. But I’ve come to accept that this is what our twenties can be like. So many of us are navigating similar feelings, and we’re all just doing our best.

If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to stick around. I hope you find peace, motivation, and useful tips in my upcoming posts. Thank you for reading—you’re not alone.
